The fall season is almost over, which means we’re welcoming winter. Here are a few things to do before the season ends.
Outdoor Activities:
The fall is a great time to be outside before winter sets in. THS teacher Ms. Lauro suggests it is the best season for some fresh air, saying, “I love being outside in the fall; hiking with my dogs and family, outdoor projects around the house and relaxing around a bonfire!”

It’s exactly what it’s called, you ride on hay. It’s technically just hiking on a vehicle. These are a

Hiking
Chloe Knox finds this time of year great for hiking. She says, “I really like hiking in the fall. The crisper weather is way easier to walk in, and the view is pretty with all the changing leaves.” If you plan to get some exercise, alone or with friends, hiking would be a good option. THS Student Scarlet Hoffler loves this activity! “My favorite fall activity is pumpkin carving, because it gives me time to spend with my family- especially my younger brothers.” Ms. Yeomans also makes this a family activity: “My favorite fall activity is carving pumpkins with my family. I love spending time together and seeing their creative designs!”
