On Wednesday September 10th, Charlie Kirk, a Republican Activist, was shot and killed at a Turning Point USA panel in Utah. Kirk was the founder and president of the Turning Point USA foundation and went on the 2025 Fall American Comeback Tour. First stop, Utah Valley University. Here is the latest.
While talking at a “Prove Me Wrong panel,” Kirk was answering a question about gun violence when he was shortly cut off. Kirk was killed; the FBI has confirmed that a suspect is in custody
This affair was heavily televised and recorded by audience members and bystanders. Kirk’s family was in attendance and witnessed the whole thing in person, they have yet to give any comments.
Information is conflicting, as the case is still being studied and more news comes out. As of Thursday afternoon, Law Enforcement beleves they have found the murder weapon, discarded in a nearby woods by the University.
Kirk was known for his conservative views and support of President Donald Trump.
