Makayla is a current senior at THS. She participates in both indoor and outdoor track as well as Student Council, Black Student Union, Model UN, and both the National Science and Honor Societies. Post-graduation, she plans to attend a university either in Boston or New York and major in journalism—investigative specifically. Because of these dreams, her goal in the Raider Report is to explore issues her fellow peers are interested in and, overall, get her name out into the world. In her free time, she loves being a listener for all who need it and traveling around her state.
