This week, THS is welcoming three new staff members to the building, both as teachers and security staff.
Principal Scott sent an email this week announcing the additions. Jennifer Simon will be joining THS as a health teacher after serving as a health teacher in the Milford Public School system. Ms. Simon is a Torrington Alumni.
Yarel Marshall will be a new Spanish teacher. She has several years of experience in the Brookfield Public Schools and is the host of her own internet radio show.
Karen Asselin will be joining our security team. Ms. Asselin has over 29 years of experience in the helping fields and, per Mr. Scott, “will be a great addition to [the THS] team.”
