Most teenagers and young adults have hard times choosing what college they should attend after they graduate High School, worry no more! The THS Guidance Department offers a chance to visit and chat with college representatives during the school day.
According to THS Guidance Counselor Mrs. Ramsey, the representatives come from all around the state from many different colleges to meet with students. She suggests that, even if a college doesn’t interest you, it’s good to go and listen. She says that the representatives can give advice that can help you out in the long run.
If a certain college interests you at the event, you can get the representative’s business card to make sure that you stay in touch with them. The resources the college fairs give are very important and useful, especially if you do not have a lot of knowledge on the topics they share.
