Torrington High School’s Science Club is selling pumpkin grams during lunch until Tuesday, October 22nd!
Interested in buying a thoughtful and small gift for a friend? Science Club is selling pumpkin grams for $2 until Tuesday, October 22nd. These cute little pumpkins are filled with candy and can be sent with a message! Find Science Club members during your lunch wave to fill out your name, the recipient’s name, their advisory teacher, and the message you wish to write to them!
Science Club member, Angelique Rosas, speaks on the purpose of the pumpkin grams. The fundraiser aims to raise money for future Science Club events: “The proceeds from the sales will go towards our yearly field trips such as Science Olympiad and the Sharon Audubon Center,” states Rosas.
Science Club motivates students to support the fundraiser and make somebody’s day by buying them a little treat! Rosas states, “we would all appreciate it if everyone considered buying a pumpkin gram for themselves or for someone they care for. It’s a really cute idea and they’ll be filled with good candy options!” With any questions, students can reach out to Mrs. Neal or Mrs. Debany, the Science Club advisors.
