Torrington Schools Theater Arts Program is proud to present our first show of the 2025-2026 season The Bomb-itty of Errors on November 13, 14, and 15 at 7 p.m. The Bomb-itty of Errors, presented by our high school students, is an “ad-RAP-tation” of Shakespeare’s first play, The Comedy of Errors. A tale of mistaken identity between two sets of identical twin brothers who were separated soon after birth, this comedy is set in modern times and uses rap lyrics to tell the story.
Torrington School Theater Arts represents the unifying of two previously separate theater programs-Torrington Middle School Drama Club and Torrington High School Student Theatre-into one entity on our new 7-12 campus. Torrington School Theater Arts will continue to present high-quality productions with a focus of teaching theater arts to our 7-12 students. in our beautiful new state-of-the-art auditorium.
Torrington High School students Austin Benson, Anthony Loja, Jaiellly Hernandez and Olga Romero play the two sets of twins. Peyton Sutherland plays the suspicious wife and Leanna Flores Paulino plays her not-so-smart sister. Luke Le, Emily Kovacs, Lily Artruc, Anita Paul and Emily Spino round out this cast of crazy characters who will tickle your funny bones with their hip hop dancing and rapping talents. The Director of this production is Veronica Gelormino and Technical Direction is by Andrew Skinner.
